With an in-house design approach and a focus on thoughtful craftsmanship, Commune brings together form, function and everyday living across sofas, dining furniture, bedroom furniture, storage and more.

COMMITMENT TO CRAFTSMANSHIP
From cutting and moulding to wood bending and hand-sanding, craftsmanship is considered at every stage of our process. Our furniture is developed with close attention to materials, construction and finishing, from the first design idea through to the final piece.
We also make considered material choices, including responsibly sourced wood, low-lead finishes and recycled materials where applicable, with the aim of reducing waste while creating furniture designed for everyday living.

At the heart of Commune is our in-house Sensory Design Lab, where ideas are developed around the way people live, interact and experience their homes.
Bringing together designers from different backgrounds and cultures, the team draws on diverse perspectives to create original furniture that balances form, function and everyday living. This cross-cultural approach continues to shape Commune’s design language and the way we create for contemporary homes.
